have you looked into rebounding for lymphatic drainage? it's basically a mini trampoline. i got one back in January and it's a super fun way to exercise, especially with my favorite music playing! there's something called a "health bounce" which is supposed to be super easy yet effective; i think barbara o'neil has talked about it a good bit.

Good to know! Thank you so much for the info! I’ll look into it. I have chronic fatigue with my illness. Do you know if this exercise is gentle or does it get intense? It sounds fun!

I think it can go either way. You could just do a health bounce and keep it easy, or you could really get into it and bounce really high or fast. It's up to you and how you feel in the moment.
