Hey everyone! I am really excited to announce my new guided meditation offering today! I have been incredibly passionate about meditation for about 8 years now. It has been one of my main go-to’s for my mental wellness, and it has been a game-changer.
Meditation is a tough one for a lot of people, because they have an idea of it that isn’t realistic. Most people picture a monk sitting for hours in complete silence, crossed legs, having a completely empty mind. You’ve tried it, and couldn’t get your mind to clear for 5 minutes, let alone 5 hours.
Meditation isn’t what a lot of people think it is. The use of guided meditation is a wonderful tool for getting in touch with what is at play in your busy mind. It is a good way of filtering out what isn’t important, and learning how to be more mindful of what you actually need to focus on. It is also a great relaxation and centering tool. It helps aid in a lot of healing, and a better understanding of yourself. It helps calm the central nervous system, and over time can help you better cope with the daily stresses of life.
I am excited to offer this new service, in addition to my Love and Accept the Sh*t Outta Yourself workshop, as it has been tough to find ways to make money during my long-haul Covid illness, since my symptoms don’t allow me to do things on other people’s schedule. As such, I came up with this idea that I am really stoked about, and I hope you will be excited about, as well. This is a way for me to do something I love and have a strong passion for, on my own schedule with my symptoms, bring in a little income, and help people (which is my favorite part)!
PLUS - my dear friend Emily Lake helped me out with a photo shoot for this, and if y’all know me at all, you know I love a photo op! So I put on my best flowy, hippie, meditative looking clothing that fit my marketing color scheme, and we churned out some darling pics (as seen at top of this article and at the bottom)!
And an even bigger plus is that she introduced me to a new place that I am now obsessed with. She suggested we do the pics at Mandala Park, which is just one town over, and I didn’t even know it existed, and I fell in love! I went back there the next day to write, meditate, and walk. And this week I am taking my mom there for a picnic for her birthday. So…win/win/win. Here is a link to the Tiktok I made about it, if you are interested.

So here are the deets about my new offering:
Sometimes you just can’t find what you are looking for on a guided meditation app. The topic you want isn’t there. The person’s voice is grating or not commanding enough. The meditation that matches your topic is too long or too short. You have specific phrases you want to hear. You like music in the background, or you don’t like music in the background. You want someone to count out your breathing for you. Heck, you can send me a Tiktok and tell me you want me saying the things they are saying in their video, but just in a relaxing and meditative way. Whatever you are wanting, let’s do it!
You tell me exactly what you are and aren’t looking for, and I will create a customized, personalized meditation just for you! You will get a 15 minute version and a 5 minute version. That way, you can pick and choose depending on your mood and time constraints that day. Two bespoke meditations recorded and sent directly to you is just $30!
